Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms By creating an account or subscribing to RolePlugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. The service RolePlugin provides subscription access to AI persona plugins for Claude, built for use in Claude Code and Cowork. Depending on your plan, you get access through a private GitHub marketplace or as zip downloads from the members app at app.roleplugin.com.

3. Subscriptions and access Access to the personas is granted for as long as your subscription stays active. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to the marketplace and members app ends at the close of your current billing period. Individual plans are billed per account; Team plans are billed per seat, with a minimum of 5 seats. Enterprise plans are available on request.

4. License Subject to these terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the personas for your own or your organization’s internal professional work. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the plugins available to anyone outside your active subscription or team seats.

5. Not professional advice Personas are built to assist licensed professionals with their work; they do not replace professional judgment. Some personas, including the Contract & Legal Reviewer, the GRC & Compliance Analyst, and the Financial Analyst, carry explicit rules against issuing legal, financial, or compliance determinations. You remain responsible for any decision made using output from a persona, and should have a qualified professional review anything that carries legal, financial, or regulatory weight.

6. Billing and refunds Purchases, billing, invoicing, and tax are handled by Polar.sh, acting as merchant of record for RolePlugin. Refund requests are handled through Polar’s billing process. For billing questions, contact us at support@roleplugin.com.

7. Team seats Team plans are billed per seat, per month or per year, with a minimum of 5 seats. You are responsible for managing which members of your organization hold a seat and for keeping your seat count accurate.

8. Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, after which it ends. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including redistribution or resale of the plugins.

9. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
