Subscriptions are live. As of July 14, anyone can subscribe to RolePlugin. Checkout runs through Polar.sh, which acts as merchant of record.

Launch pricing: Individual is $19 a month or $180 a year. Team is $24 per seat a month or $240 per seat a year, with a 5 seat minimum. Enterprise pricing is available through the contact page.

Subscribers get two ways to receive personas: the private plugin marketplace on GitHub, or zip downloads through the members app at app.roleplugin.com. Sign in with an email magic link, no passwords required.

Ten new personas shipped on July 13, doubling the RolePlugin library to twenty. Each one was built to the same quality bar as the original ten: eight or more source research, an approved spec, two rounds of evals, adversarial review, and human sign-off before release.

Every subscription includes all twenty personas at no extra cost. Update the RolePlugin marketplace in Claude, or grab them from the members app downloads. Three more are coming soon: DevOps / SRE, Project / Program Manager, and Scrum Master / Agile Coach.

The Business Analyst persona expands from ticket management to the full role: eliciting and documenting requirements (BRDs, FRSs, traceability), mapping and improving processes in BPMN, and stakeholder analysis with RACI maps and business cases. Write-backs and sign-off routing stay gated behind human confirmation.

The go-live library opens with ten personas across five categories, each one shipped through the full quality bar: researched, spec’d, eval’d, adversarially reviewed, and human-tested.
