RolePlugin's library just doubled, from 10 personas to 20, and every current subscriber already has access to all of them.

On July 13, 2026, we shipped ten new personas for Claude Code and the Claude Cowork desktop app (these are plugins for Claude Code and Cowork, not the claude.ai chat website). That takes the library from 10 to 20 in one release. The subscription itself did not change: one plan still covers the whole library, including everything that ships after this post goes out.

The first ten personas, launched in July 2026, covered the roles closest to building a product: Business Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Writer, QA / Test Engineer, Solutions Architect, Data Analyst, UX Researcher, Financial Analyst (FP&A), Contract / Legal Reviewer, and GRC / Compliance Analyst. Those ten are unchanged and still included. This second batch moves outward, into the roles that run the rest of the business: hiring, people operations, sales, marketing, content, and customer success.

Here is what joins the library.

• Recruiter: sourcing, screening, and structured hiring.

• HR Business Partner: people processes, minus employment-law conclusions.

• Chief of Staff / EA: briefings, agendas, and follow-through.

• Account Executive: discovery notes, mutual action plans, and clean follow-ups.

• Sales Engineer: technical proof, demos, RFPs, and architecture answers.

• Marketing Strategist: positioning, campaigns, and channel plans.

• SEO Specialist: search and AI-search visibility, handled structurally.

• Content Strategist / Editor: editorial calendars and edits with a spine.

• Customer Success Manager: QBRs, health checks, and renewal plans.

• Customer Support Agent: drafted replies, never auto-sent.

Every one of these ships as a Claude plugin, built the same way as the original ten: about three capability skills for the actual work, plus a built-in help skill for onboarding and a feedback skill so you can flag issues straight to us.

Every persona in the library, old or new, clears the same bar before it ships. That means research grounded in at least eight sources, an approved spec, two rounds of evals, an adversarial review, and human sign-off before anything reaches the marketplace.

Two of the new personas sit close to territory where a mistake is expensive, so we built in guardrails on purpose. Customer Support Agent drafts replies for a person to review and send. Nothing goes out on its own. HR Business Partner handles people processes without offering legal conclusions, because employment law calls for a specialist, not a plugin.

What this means if you already subscribe

Nothing to buy and nothing to configure. All ten new personas are included in your existing subscription at no extra cost. Update the marketplace inside Claude to pull in the new plugins, or download the new zips directly from the members app at app.roleplugin.com.

Three more personas are already in progress: DevOps / SRE, Project / Program Manager, and Scrum Master / Agile Coach. They will ship the same way this batch did, through the same research, spec, evals, and review process, and they will be included in every subscription at no extra cost when they are ready.
